CAMPS/CLINICS FOR 2023

TriFloyd with Bill Floyd Coaching is excited about introducing our 11 Camps/Clinics for 2022!   Each one is designed for a particular time of the year that coincides with Periodization, racing, and the Florida weather and environment.  Read about them, check them over, and plan out a pathway to excellence by selecting those that will gain you the strength, speed, and knowledge on how to compete at the highest levels you are capable.

Our Wednesday’s Open Water Swim workouts will begin on the first Wednesday in March, each year and runs through the end of October, at 5:30p.m., out on Courtney Campbell Campbell Causeway, same location for the past 15 years!

On the first Saturday of each month through November, TriFloyd will introduce a Saturday morning Bike Workouts with 20 minutes of cycling specific coaching, followed by a ride assigned by Coach Bill.  Cost for these sessions will be $15.00 per session, payable in cash or check.  Each of these sessions will focus on 1 – 3 areas of cycling and will be geared for the newbie to the advanced.  More you attend, stronger opportunity of gaining higher levels cycling acumen and skills.
