My Triathlon coaching and training services are available to you in many varied ways. This is the section where Triathlon camps will be shown with dates and details. Plus any triathlon clinics that are planned. If you are part of a company, organization, or club and would like to have a triathlon clinic organized for your group along with my triathlon coaching services, please call or email me. I would need 4 weeks notice. My fees are a minimum of $30 per person with a minimum of five triathletes for a one hour clinic. For longer clinics, the fee would go up according to the number of hours scheduled. Call today for one that can be designed for you, your group, and for your triathlon goals and objectives. TriFloyd Triathlon Clinic with Bill Floyd Triathlon Coaching schedules at least five triathlon clinics every year! These five clinics are designed for the experienced as well as the novice. Each clinic will have skills, planning, and in the water, on the bike, and on the road assessments and training. All five clinics will be based on my coaching philosophy of the "right amount." Basic nutrition, recovery, and rest habits will be discussed and shown why they should be adhered to for your total effort for race day. The five clinics are scheduled throughout the year for you to pick and choose or sign up for all five for a progressive approach to tweaking your triathlon competitiveness. Periodization will be the foundation from which we will draw our time tables for skills and drills. Each outline has a brief description of the topics and/or areas we will be working on together. The outline is expanded at the clinic dramatically, with a full two hours for each session, and 2 1/2 hours for the Hills clinic. You will get a full workout, you will be fatigued afterwards, and you will have learned more than enough to set you for the upcoming racing season.
